- Have your 30-second intro ready for the Expo, hallways, and receptions.
- Review the campus map to find the Main Stage, Expo, and Executive Stage.
When You Get to Houston
First impressions are set in the first few hours.
- Arrive early Tuesday for the Opening Ceremony.
- Walk the venue before sessions begin. Know where you’re going.
- Scout coffee, food, and device-charging spots near your sessions.
- Set up your meetings on the AfroTech Connect app before doors open.
While You’re There
This is the work. Show up for all of it.
- Work the Expo floor in the morning. Conversations are better before the crowd hits.
